I was waking up with severe neck and shoulder pain. Actually my whole body felt like I was being beat up all night. Have shoulder injury and cervical issues as a result. This pillow has enabled me to sleep through the night without waking to adjust and/or replace. I purchased for my eldest who has neck issues but he (being a teen) didn’t want to try something new. So I used it. Life-changing is one way to describe this pillow. Not just for me but also my spouse. No more snoring. I’m actually able to sleep 6 hours straight, no getting up to walk around, no shifting due to backpain, straight sleep. The pain relief to my upper and mid-back are substantial. I did buy one for my youngest child who already sleeps like the dead but now he wakes without a sore neck. Bought this because it had several good reviews and looked unique. After using the product for a while I feel I can finally write a review. I must say it is better than any other memory foam pillow I have tried. Very comfortable and surprisingly cool. The shape of the pillow is unique and actually makes it extremely comfortable. Great for sleeping on your back and surprisingly also sleeping on your side as well. No more grabbing the pillow and trying to fluff it up to get comfortable. Just lie down and sleep. Because it is memory foam the pillow does not lose its shape even after daily use over several months. It may look funny but it really works. I would purchase this product again.

Like most people I have tried a multitude of pillows over my lifetime with varying degrees of comfort and satisfaction. I sleep on both my back and side so my pillow has to provide comfort and support in both positions. This Sleepathy Orthopedic Dream Pillow does the trick for me. I start off sleeping on my back and have plenty of support under my neck and then transition to sleeping on my side with equal comfort. This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I liked the idea of the indentation for your head this pillow features. Others seem to have such a deep crevice that I worried I'd feel like my head was in a vice all night long! Not this one. I’ve had severe neck pain for the past year. I don’t have health insurance, so I haven’t had it checked out. The pain happens everyday and it’s so bothersome it brings on a migraine almost instantly. The removeable pad underneath, although relatively small, did make a difference in helping me to obtain the proper posture at night. The pillow, surprisingly, doesn't get hot -- something a lot of memory foam sleep products usually cause. The cover and zippers are nice, too. Overall, a good buy.

I got the smaller size, which is pretty firm, but it's big enough for me. I do use mine in a pillow case, but I like that the cover it comes with is also removable and washable. I'm mostly a side sleeper, and this works perfectly for me. I do move it around as I sleep and as I want to change the angle. I like that the higher parts are on the front and sides, so you have a lot of options for how to sleep with this.

I used this pillow for about a week now and I have to say this pillow is pretty comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and have been looking for a pillow like this. There is a little bit of a new foam odor but that went away after a few days. Nothing too bad about the smell it wasn't strong enough to fill the room or anything. You also have to give it some time to fully expand from unboxing. Overall this is worth it buying!!!
